Drop Dead Healthy Book Review



My neighbor suggested I read Drop Dead Healthy, and I'm glad she did! It was a very well-written, well-researched, comical take on how to improve your healthfulness! 

The author devotes 2 years to make himself healthier, and he conquers this goal by focusing a month of his life on different parts of the body: heart lungs, eyes, feet, diet, GI track, nose, hands, etc. 

The information in this book is solid, and the presentation is funny. After reading it, you'll definitely walk away having learned something beneficial to help you make healthier living choices.
