Quinoa Breakfast Idea
It's really hard to find hearty, yummy, healthy breakfast ideas. I recently tried eating cooked, cold quinoa and found myself in love with it!
I cook the quinoa early in the week and then eat it throughout the week. I like my quinoa with plain yogurt, a dollop of Bonne Mann cherry preserves, and a heaping serving of frozen wild blueberries. If you don't have anyone with nut allergies in you house, adding some almonds or walnuts would be a fabulous taste combination!

I never would have thought of cold quinoa, and much less for breakfast...but now I will have to give it a try. Thanks for the idea!
I like it hot with milk, maple sugar crystals and chopped pecans.
