Have you gone outside today?

I often start my sentences with the phrase: "Studies show....." I don't think there's any need to say "Studies show......" for this statement, though:

It's good to get outside, smell the roses, and bask in the sunshine!

Have you fed your soul by taking a walk outside? looking at the spring flowers? listening to the singing birds? turning your face to the sun? warming up with the afternoon heat?

Our family recently took advantage of living in the DC area, and we went to see the cherry blossoms at sunrise. They were spectacular! I snapped the picture above just as we were about to walk back to the car. It is not edited at all.
