Overnight Organic Oat Pancakes

A while back, Snack Girl wrote a post about an overnight oat pancake.  It is so convenient, easy, and healthy!

(Overnight Organic Oat Pancakes)

Ingredients:
3/4 cup organic white wheat or whole wheat flour
3/4 cups uncooked, rolled organic oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBS organic sugar
1/2 cup organic plain yogurt
3/4 cup organic whole milk
2 organic eggs
Maple syrup and fruit for serving

Directions:
1. Mix it all together really well in a largish bowl.
2. Cover it and put in the refrigerator overnight.
3. In the morning, cook them like any other pancake (grease pan, medium high heat, flip when bubbles are showing in the pancakes)
