Monday's Menu (and a homemade stop light costume)

Mondays Menu - I've found that menu planning reduces my stress during the week. It does so by answering the dreaded "What's for diner tonight?" question and by saving money since I know exactly what I need to buy at the grocery store. Sometimes it's really hard to come up with a menu each week that meets my daughter's allergy needs. My hope is that we can share our menus here to inspire each other with new menu ideas.

I hope everyone had a great Halloween! We had a good time preparing for the day and trick-or-treating. No, my daughter can't eat ANY of the candy she brings home, but she's happy to exchange it for the candy I have waiting for her. She saves our house to trick-or-treat at last to get the candy she can eat.

(We made this stoplight costume. She came up with the idea all by herself, and I figured out how to execute it!)

Monday: baked pasta

Tuesday: calzones

Wednesday: goat cheese ravioli

Thursday: left overs

Friday: sloppy joe casserole (new recipe I'm going to try......I'll let you know)

Saturday: pancakes and eggs

Sunday: loaded nachos
