Great news!!!! I didn't ruin the fillet mignons we ate for Thanksgiving dinner. I was VERY nervous buying them because I'd never cooked them before. Turns out, they're very easy to cook! And super yummy. My daughter even took a few bites!

I'm struggling with a menu for this week. It's not looking too exciting.
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Spaghetti Pie
Wednesday: Eggs and French toast casserole
Thursday: something with beef....
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Salmon patties (I haven't looked for a recipe yet)
Sunday: I have no clue! Any suggestions?
